About the butterflies on the coverDuring our day of filming the DVD, several butterflies were joyfully playing around Chris while he practiced (you’ll notice them throughout the program, flying in and out). To acknowledge this, along with the metaphor of self-healing as transformation and metamorphosis, we decided to insert two butterflies on the cover.
